Portneuf Valley Tennis Association, Inc.

The Portneuf Valley Tennis Association, Inc. (“PVTA”) was organized as an Idaho Non-Profit Corporation on January 11, 2023, and has obtained a tax exemption letter from the Internal Revenue Service as a qualified §509(a)(2) tax exempt organization under EIN No. 921699884. The stated purpose of PVTA is “to promote and grow tennis, both adult and junior, in the greater Portneuf Valley area and to provide an organization through which tennis tournaments and other activities can be conducted for the benefit of the local tennis community, with specific emphasis with the development of sportsmanship, improving health and fitness, enhancement of tennis skills, providing opportunities for tennis competition, encouraging social activities, and the improvement of tennis playing facilities. In addition, the Corporation will be primarily focused on developing a strong youth tennis program that teaches tennis skills, sportsmanship, and competition, as a way of life by developing strong character, morals, health and fitness, and community responsibility in children and adolescents.
